Remote expert telephone support

In case of equipment problems that cannot be effectively solved through remote technical support, experienced service engineers will be arranged to go to the customer's site within the time specified in the service agreement to assist the customer in on-site fault diagnosis, formulate fault recovery plan and eliminate faults on site.

Field service

In case of equipment problems that cannot be effectively solved through remote technical support, Zhengding will arrange experienced service engineers to go to the customer's site within the time specified in the service agreement to assist the customer in on-site fault diagnosis, developing fault recovery plans and troubleshooting on site. For the problems that can be solved only by replacing the parts, the service engineer shall replace the parts on site to eliminate the faults and restore the normal operation of the system.
